A very lovely place to stay all the way around. Location by the river with lovely gardens worthy of Chelsea Flower Show. Great hosts and facilities. The setting is stunning. The room was so comfortable, I am glad we were there for a few nights. Love the dog!
Bathrooms are not equipped with walk-in showers so anyone with accessibility difficulties will have some problems!
Fair warning to all - we stayed at this establishment a month ago and the owners no longer live on-site and breakfasts are no longer included! In spite of the description of this accommodation as a bed-and-breakfast and even their own website stating the same, we received our check-in instructions via email on our day of arrival informing us that breakfast was not included. At that point we could not have gotten a full refund if we had chosen to stay elsewhere, and not sure of availability if we had tried to. Also, the on-site host had to ask the owner to remotely turn on the heat for us when needed, which we got that day but not again for the remainder of our stay. Also, the water supply doesn't work properly without the host resetting something multiple times a day, therefore water pressure is weak and inconsistent and you may not have hot water. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for accommodations.
