The Biltmore Almadinah Hotel

My experience at this hotel was absolutely outstanding! The service was excellent and top-notch, with the staff showing great professionalism and kindness. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with attention to detail that clearly reflects their care for guest comfort. The hotel’s location is exceptional — very close to the Prophet’s Mosque, making it easy and quick to reach, especially with the nearby golf cart services. Check-in was smooth and fast with no delays, and the warm welcome was felt from the very first moment. Honestly, this is one of the best places to stay in Medina, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. What really stood out was the restaurant — the food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options at every meal. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes made perfectly. Dinner was equally impressive, with rich flavors and excellent presentation. The service at the restaurant was top-notch; the staff were attentive, polite, and quick to accommodate any request. We stayed at Oberoi for two nights before heading to Makkah for Hajj, and I was truly blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The manager, and his assistant manager Samaher — along with the rest of the team whose names I, unfortunately, can’t recall — were outstanding. A special thanks to Syed, the Indian manager in charge of housekeeping, who was incredibly professional and attentive. The location is perfect, right at the entrance of the mosque. Everything was flawless. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you!
