The Biltmore Hotel Tbilisi

I had the pleasure of staying at the Biltmore Hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia, and it was a truly luxurious experience. The hotel's elegant decor and impeccable service made me feel like royalty. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, with modern amenities like free Wi-Fi and a place king-sized bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with tour bookings and city recommendations. The hotel's breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of local and international dishes. The on-site restaurant served delicious Georgian cuisine, which I highly recommend trying. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were also top-notch. Overall, my stay at the Biltmore Hotel Tbilisi was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel's excellent service, prime location, and great amenities make it a must-choose for travelers. I can't wait to return!

I have recently stayed in the biltmore hotel for 5 days. The rooms did not have table lamps which is weird for a five star hotel. Furthermore, i have requested for water and ice but was told that i had a limit of two bottles and will be charged for more. As for the ice, i was told that it will be complimentary for one day only. I have also given them baby clothes for laundry but did not get them back.

Poor experience unfortunately. Good location, however, the views are not great as the windows are very dirty. We paid extra for premium room but the windows were so dirty that views were obstructed. No wifi in our wing. Zero. Zilch. We paid for views and got a shoddy deal. Had to buy extra roaming data. Glass was broken. Cloth curtain in the bathroom gave a very non-premium feel. There is also no bar in this hotel although we had read that this hotel has the best views from the bar. No facility for early check in. Top floor restaurant is nice with relatively clean glass windows, but service is subpar. We were very disappointed and moved to another 5 star hotel for the second half of our trip.
