We had the pleasure of spending five nights here, and it was absolutely WONDERFUL! The staff are incredibly professional and exceptionally friendly, making you feel truly welcome. The service is outstanding. The rooms are spotlessly clean – in fact, we’ve never stayed in a hotel with such meticulous housekeeping before! The rooms are also very spacious, even when you move the twin beds slightly apart. The entire hotel, including the rooms, is remarkably quiet, ensuring a restful stay. The breakfast buffet is generous, beautifully presented, and leaves nothing to be desired. The food is absolutely delicious. The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to Oxford Street, 10 minutes to Bond Street Station, and 10 minutes to Green Park Station. This hotel is definitely worth recommending!

I stayed at a hotel in a great location, right next to all the fancy brands. It’s only a five-minute walk to Oxford Street. I booked a deluxe room, and it was really nice. The room was a bit small, but the staff was super friendly. I had a great time!

I don’t write reviews very often but I decided to write this one. A few weeks ago I visited the Biltmore Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and most of the staff are polite and professional. However I do agree with some previous reviewers because breakfast was a major disappointment. For a five-star hotel the food selection was limited, the buffet lacked proper presentation and the tables looked worn out. What really upset me was the manager Sandra. When I politely asked if a club sandwich could be made she answered in a short and unfriendly way saying it wasn’t on the menu. When I asked if it could be made as an exception she raised her voice a little and told me to just choose from what was available at the buffet. Her behavior was unprofessional and rude especially for a manager. I hope the hotel management pays attention to this and works on improving how their staff treat guests.
