Absolutely Amazing Stay in The Bingin Beach Villas’! We had an unforgettable stay at these beautiful villas in Uluwatu. Everything was perfect; from the peaceful surroundings and the stunning, unique architecture to the warm hospitality and outstanding service. Each villa is designed with care and creativity, combining modern elegance with local character. The unique architecture truly makes the whole experience feel special and serene. A huge thank you to Bambu, the amazing manager, for running everything so smoothly and always being available with a smile. And heartfelt thanks to the incredible team who made us feel so welcome: Wayan, Susi, Gede, Budi, Putu, Siwa, Dika, Yuda, and the kind and professional security team. Every single staff member was thoughtful, kind, and attentive. Breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented each morning, and the overall service was beyond expectations. If you’re looking for a luxurious and peaceful escape in Uluwatu, this is the place to be. Highly recommended! Keep a place for us🌴we’re already dreaming of coming back!✨🌱❤️
Quiet yet well located boutique hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The owner is directly involved in the customer experience. Great value for the price
We stayed for two nights out of a seven-night booking but had to leave early due to major issues with the room setup. The listing described a suite with a living room and private bathroom, but the room had **no living room**, and the **bathroom was completely open to the bedroom with no door or privacy** — a significant issue that was not disclosed in the written description. When we brought this up, management initially refused to offer a refund, stating that the photos showed the open bathroom and it was our responsibility to notice. I think, it’s a reasonable expectation that a private bathroom would have a door — we shouldn’t have to zoom into photos to confirm it. The only alternative offered was a paid upgrade. After pushback, they eventually agreed to refund the unused nights, which we appreciated. While the property itself is beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful, the lack of transparency in the listing and how the situation was handled made for a frustrating experience. I hope they update their room descriptions to better reflect the actual layout and privacy features so future guests can make informed decisions. Also there’s no refrigerator or TV in the room. I hadn’t originally planned to mention the hostility and rudeness of the owner, but since he chose to publicly reply to my review, I believe his response speaks for itself.
