Wonderful place to stay with group of friends or as family. They have independent 3 room villas with all facilities as well as restaurant if needed. BBQ setup available and is fun with kids around. Well maintained and good staff to support.
Beautiful property and amazing bungalow. Location was perfect! The accommodation was spacious with ample room for a large family. However the villa was not well supplied with basic essentials. The gas range was not working and so was the microwave. TV was not working and we had to get someone to fix it. When we asked the staff they said we would have to get the gas cylinder.. like seriously. Room service was only available at select times, and some of the staff seemed clueless. The staff at the restaurant were fabulous and did a great job! But the service was not consistent and the experience was not seamless. A lot more work needs to be done to make the stay a seamless experience
I'm having mixed feelings about this resort. Some things were very good, some things were average, and some things were very bad. The place itself is amazing, calm, isolated, lush and full of amazing views. It rained during our stay and it was magical. Some of the villas are far away from the main reception/dining area and its hard for elders to walk all the way there each time they want to do something. The first night we ordered room service and it took 1.5 hours for our food to arrive which was unfortunate. The food itself was tasty though. The staff everywhere were very polite, no complaints there. Overall I would say it was a good experience.
