The Blackbird Hotel

The Blackbird team made our anniversary special. From the call with Taylor in the morning. Doing everything in her power to help execute this Anniversary! To the young man that helped us with all the decorations out my car in the rain(so sorry I didn’t get your name)- Green Polo. To the bartender outside that lent us scissors- To the amazing bartender downstairs from Manhattan that was so gorgeous. And the front desk agent in the evening, was so sweet and helpful and eyes that can light the dark. Thank you, to the entire Blackbirds Hotel!

Stayed here during the summer and absolutely loved it.The Black Bird Hotel is art brought into true form. Every detail feels intentional and inspired. The design is not only beautiful but deeply calming, creating a space that feels both refined and welcoming. Jen and her team are amazing. They are professional, warm, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel cared for. One of my favorite parts was the serene pool area. Guests were quiet and respectful, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. I also loved seeing how the hotel activated the surrounding neighborhood. In the mornings, the coffee shop had a gentle buzz as neighbors stopped in, creating a real sense of community. This isn’t just a place to stay. It’s a place to feel connected, restored, and creatively inspired. I can’t wait to come back.

Words will never adequately express the level of excellence achieved by this NOLA oasis. My positive experience began days before my arrival. I received a call to confirm my reservation and Jenny inquired which room might be more to my liking. What a concept! I loved it. Upon arrival, I discovered that not only had they upgraded me, but my room was also ready early. What a wonderful surprise! The Welcome chocolates, the welcome drink, the attentive staff, the pool oasis, and the overall vibe of the hotel make it my new personal favorite hotel in the country. I will definitely be back!
