Loved this hotel! The room was lovely, the staff were friendly. The bed was so comfy and they had t2. Loved the toiletries as well. It was very loud at night though, you could hear when someone flushed or your neighbor went in and out at random times during the night. But apart from that, i would come back. I do think the bath robes were a bit too worn but that didn't ruin my experience. Would stay here again.
Fantastic customer service by the staff at the front desk! Very friendly professional and welcoming, 🌟as we were describing our trip to and back from the twelve apostles and that we were exhausted, they surprised us with a complimentary late checkout offer!! Which we thought it was very lovely from the young man there. Hotel has a nice relaxing/calming feeling to it..and it's at a convenient location Room was very lovely with two balconies over looking the river/water, good quality toiletries were provided and robes.. we loved the decor and the art work that was displayed everywhere, very clean, mattress was a little over rated, but the whole experience was fantastic, we didn't need to park at the hotel as it was the weekend and we managed to find free parking right outside. Thank you guys :)
Staff especially the male in the front desk was very helpful and had great customer service. He presented the hotel very well and made me feel welcomed. The other women staff working in the morning in the front desk did not look very friendly to approach. The hotel is an outstanding lovely hotel. The guy at front desk always helped and was always reassuring making sure if the room I booked was free to check in. I had not slept for three days so watching the customer service behind the front desk work was something I paid very big attention to. The cleaners at the hotel were helpful 100% and also very nice. Overall rate is a 3 just because of customer service in the front desk. If it were not for the lovely male who looked after me I would have probably rate the hotel a customer service a 1. The room was outstanding nothing wrong with it. Maybe lack of storage to place clothes in the bedroom. But customer service indeed needs to be a key factor.
