Black Sheep is a spacious, very clean and centrally located b&b for people looking for inexpensive and comfortable accommodation. It’s very easy to get to it from the airport with a tram costing about EUR1.70 and it’s very close to the main train line station for intercity travel. Despite the closeness to the train station, it’s very quiet and the old town is within walking distance. Federico is a great host, very helpful and attentive. Wow!!!! What a great experience staying in this awesome Bed and Breakfast. Federico was the most wonderful host. He helped us with so many things, getting tickets, reservations and lots of recommendations. Every morning we were treated to fresh bakery items from a local bakery. One of the best features was that even though we were in the heart of the city, our room was very quiet, slept very well here.

Our home away from home! Federico truly made us feel at home. We enjoyed our morning chats over fresh baked goods and coffee. The B&B is so clean and very comfortable. Comfy beds, beautiful decor, and so close to everything. Loved the rain shower in the silver suite. Great wifi service. The rooms are in the back, so there is no street noise. It is 49 steps to the top floor, but we made it every night. Frederico carried our luggage up when we checked in. He offered to help us set up tours or make dinner reservations. He's very knowledgeable about Florence and can make suggestions of what to see. The pictures are the view outside the silver suite and the front window. I highly recommend this B&B. Frederico and Sara will remain in our thoughts and prayers. Grazie!
