We stayed here for our family trip to Fukuoka. The hotel is conveniently located, the room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were very helpful and cordial. Our room came with a tatami and was pretty spacious. The restaurants on the second floor looked nice though we didn't get time to visit them. Taxi service was very speedy. Overall we had a happy stay and good memories.
One of my favourite hotels in Japan! It was an amazing stay. The location is perfect—central, convenient, and within walking distance to Hakata Station and plenty of great restaurants and shops. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. The staff were professional, and always ready to help. I’d absolutely stay here again—highly recommended!
Overall good, but it's a shame to apply too many of the habits of lower-category JR hotels when the hotel is presented as premium. The cleaning every 3 days, the cold welcome, and the furniture materials being a bit cheap spoil the experience a bit. Managing the hotel in an international premium way would be better than in a JR station hotel way.
