The Blue Ivy was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. From start to finish the service was first class. The staff were caring and made you feel like family. From management to all staff, our experience was 10 out of 10. The food was out of this world. The pool bar staff were amazing, especially Karolina and Peter. The hotel was spotless and the facilities were unbelievable. The food theme nights were incredible. The entertainment was first class. We were made to feel at home and special. The breakfast was delightful. Panikos especially was very attentive. To the owner, management and staff, thank you for making it an unbelievable experience. The Blue Ivy is the best hotel in Cyprus. We will be back next year! Paul and Penny.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It's modern, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is ideal: just off the main strip, so it's central and in walking distance of everything but still quiet and relaxing. We did encounter a minor issue during our stay, but as soon as the manager became aware, he went above and beyond to resolve it. He is approachable, professional, and clearly takes great pride in the hotel and ensuring guest satisfaction. The hotel has a lot going for it—we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!
This hotel is in a great location. Very close to two grocery shops, restaurants, and bars are also very close. But if you're staying here, 100% go half board or all inclusive. The food is the best I've ever had. The hotel is very clean . The staff are amazing and a credit to the hotel and Cyprus. The manager walks around the hotel every day and is always on hand to chat too. The down side for me was at 8am the sunbeds were taking very quickly at the adult pool. There was always room at the family pool so don't look past this. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and one day I'll go back .
