We had a really enjoyable stay at the Boathouse. The food was great, the rooms were very comfortable and the best part of all were the staff. They were very kind and very good at their job. Nothing was a problem and they were very attentive without being intrusive. We will definately be staying again.
The Boathouse offers that ideal mix of great food, a relaxed atmosphere, and genuinely pleasant service. It's a breath of fresh air. We enjoyed a fantastic meal with brilliant views, and the team seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do, which makes all the difference. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quality experience without any fuss
We stayed here overnight during our John Muir Way bike packing adventure. The location on the marina is super convenient and pleasant. The service of all the staff there made this stay really enjoyable. Andy at front of house was stand out and even helped us source a hose to clean the bikes and a place to keep them safe. The restaurant team were super helpful too. The rooms weren't fancy but super comfortable, clean, warm and spacious. We'd stay there again for sure.
