A big thank you to a lovely manager at the Bold who managed to help out when the Grand Hotel made a mistake on our booking for a meal. The Bold helped us providing complementary food and drinks. The managed could not have been more helpful and the other staff were so friendly.The food was delicious and the prices were fair too. Thank you also to the Grand Hotel despite the mistake the manager also habdled our situation in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend the Bold for a pleasant night out in Southport.
Best night in a Hotel ever and we have stayed in a good few ! Came from a 5* in Manchester and this was better. Big room, spotlessly clean with the most comfortable bed ever. Lovely helpful staff from reception onwards. Food was excellent as well. We go to Southport a lot and from now will stay no where else.
Very nice, posh, clean, well presented staff, polite, nice indoors aswell as out, unfortunately for us the outdoor music was rather loud and off putting, so we moved tables to a slightly quieter area. We didn't stay here, so can't comment about the rooms, food nice, drinks prices reasonable. Nice. 👍👍
