The Bold Hotel

We’ve been there this year as a family vacation . Our stay there was perfect! The staff was so polite and kind. We lost our bag at Emaar mall and the receptionist did it everything to find it and hopefully we found the bag. At first we didn’t find parking slot at Şişli, but fortunately the receptionist gave us a parking box under the hotel. I recommended this hotel!

I had the perfect experience here. The staff are really friendly and smiley! I forgot their names but the staff member who checked me in let me into my room early which was greatly appreciated. And another staff member came outside to make sure everything was ok when a random man off the street came onto the terrace and started randomly talking to me. I'd come back!

If I has 0 stars I would give them. Never stay !!!! The staff is incredibly rude. The breakfast is nothing but bread and some funny cheese. Very smelly room. When I asked about wiping the floor, the assistant shouted at me. I was in shock! As a woman staying alone, I did not want to anger them so said nothing. Later I have stayed much better hotel near taxim the same price. Very disappointing and so bad experience.
