Excellent Experience at The Boma Nairobi We had a fantastic stay at The Boma Nairobi, and we can't wait to come back! The hotel's warm ambiance made our visit truly unforgettable. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Malcom, the manager. We had a special request, and Malcom went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The stay here was very pleasant. I really like how friendly the staff was. The grounds are very beautiful and picturesque. I love the convenience of the bar being open all night. The rooms are slightly outdated, and the service is a bit slow, but I guess that's the culture. Nonetheless, each, and every staff at this hotel was very friendly always greeting me with a big smile on their face. I''m already missing the friendliness of this place.
