A Truly Exceptional Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at BoTree hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with warm smiles and prompt service. Check-in was quick and seamless. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the high-quality linens and plush pillows to the complimentary water, coffee, and toiletries. The view from the window was stunning, and the quiet ambiance made it easy to relax. What really stood out was the outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, helpful, and eager to go the extra mile. Whether it was helping with local recommendations or accommodating a late check-out, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The on-site amenities were also top-notch. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with plenty of options for every palate. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel bar offered a great atmosphere for a nightcap. In short, Botree delivers comfort, quality, and impeccable service. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting the hotel.

I booked two Deluxe interconnected rooms at The BoTree for me and my family from July 28 to July 30, and honestly—it was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. The rooms are fully modern with beautiful wooden décor. They were very clean, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. The way the room is designed makes you really want to stay longer. And the lobby… oh my god—it felt like stepping into a calm, quiet forest. Such a relaxing vibe, not like your usual hotel entrance. Check-in was different from any hotel we stayed in before. You’re welcomed with a drink, and they do the check-in process while you’re sitting and relaxing—very classy and smooth. The staff are super friendly, housekeeping did an amazing job, and the room service and restaurant food were just delicious. The location is also unbeatable—less than 2 minutes walk and you’re right in the heart of Oxford Street. Honestly, the stay was spotless. Everything was perfect. I would absolutely stay again and I highly recommend it for families, couples, or even business travelers looking for comfort, style, and calm in the middle of central London.

We stayed here on the night of our wedding and had a wonderful experience. The team managed to get us an early check in as well which was a bonus. Room was lovely and spacious, and the staff even gave us a bottle of champagne and flowers to celebrate. Breakfast was also lovely, with good service throughout. The hotel is also in a brilliant location, just off Oxford Street and close to many restaurants etc.
