The Bower Byron Bay

Perfect location, team so accomodating and helpful and although currently in renovations with their admin office couldn't be kinder in checking me in and showing me to our room. 10 out of 10 service, will definitely be back!

The service was outstanding - big shout out to Kath and the other workers. They were all super kind, happy and helpful. All natural products Magnesium pool Super clean Bed was really comfy Overall a very well run place with attention to detail being amazing 10/10

We stayed at the Bower for our wedding. We stayed in the house which is beautiful and good for a family staying together. I have to be honest and say I was surprised when I arrived at the Bower as it was recommended to me as one of the best places to stay in Byron, however, in my opinion it is a motel that has been done up nicely. Location wise, it is at least a 20 min walk from the beach and so depending on what you want, if you want something closer then I'd suggest another place. Lastly I didn't have the best customer experience as the day following my wedding I had a member of the team call me to say they are going to charge me more for a room that had been booked but not used. That issue aside, it was the handling of the call that left a lasting impression on me as there was a complete lack of EQ having 1) spent over $10k on accommodation with them, 2) explaining the timing wasn't right to chat as I was saying good bye to international family (to which she hung up on me, 4) the accusative tone of the call on an already highly sensitive day.
