I recently stayed at The Brazilian Court Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The service throughout the property was excellent, and everything—from the rooms to the common areas—was impeccably clean. The pool area was a highlight: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and a perfect place to unwind. However, the pool staff could have been more attentive. We were never offered menus or checked on, which felt a bit out of sync with the otherwise high level of service. We dined at the hotel restaurant, which has a lovely ambiance. One small point of confusion: the Friday evening menu featured a three-course meal we were excited to try, only to be told it wasn’t actually available on Fridays. It was a bit disappointing, and I found it odd that it remained on the menu if not offered that day. On the positive side, we thoroughly enjoyed the yacht outing and made good use of the house car service, which added an extra level of convenience and comfort to our stay. All in all, The Brazilian Court Hotel offers a luxurious and relaxing experience with just a couple of areas for improvement. I’d definitely consider staying again.

The service and location were top notch. A perfectly situated Spanish gem in the middle of Palm Beach. Meghan was so nice and welcoming at check in and the complimentary ride on the BC one boat was a trip highlight. Thank you & we will be back.

The Brazilian Court has all the makings of a Palm Beach classic—but sadly, it feels like a relic stuck in the past, in need of both a physical and philosophical refresh. From the moment we walked in, a strong odor of mold suggested that overdue renovations aren't just cosmetic—they're essential. The aesthetic throughout the hotel, while perhaps once charming, now feels dated and tired. More concerning, however, is the sense that this property is clinging to an outdated ideal of luxury. The sight of housekeepers dressed in traditional uniforms—dresses, no less—was surprising and uncomfortable. In today’s hospitality landscape, comfort, functionality, and respect for the staff should be prioritized over appearance rooted in nostalgia. Dining at the hotel was good, and the quality of the food was generally satisfying. However, the automatic 20% gratuity added to every bill left a sour note. While we’re always happy to tip generously for good service, a mandatory service charge of this kind suggests that staff may not be receiving fair wages—a concern that undermines the overall dining experience. The boutique on property, which could have been a vibrant extension of the hotel’s brand, instead felt like an afterthought—completely underutilized and missing an easy revenue opportunity. Despite these shortcomings, there was one bright and consistent highlight: the staff. Every interaction—from the front desk to bell service—reflected true professionalism and warmth. It’s clear the team is well-trained and deeply committed to guest satisfaction, even if the infrastructure and ownership vision haven’t kept pace. This hotel could be remarkable with the right investment in modernization—both in design and mindset. One can only hope that change comes soon.
