The Briarfields

I only stayed here one night as I was attending a family event. The host was very welcoming, the rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The location was perfect for a morning stroll down the seafront. I would also recommend their breakfast, quite possibly the best black pudding I have ever tasted. I have even ordered some online to have at home! Definitely worth every penny to stay here, highly recommended by me.

Wonderful welcome from very friendly hosts Julie-Anne and Charlie, the amazing choice of breakfast including cooked options imagined by Charlie Good location for walks down to the marina, and parking directly outside. Modern decor, clean and comfortable. Tasty additional treats to tempt us.

We called prior to our visit - one of us has FND and where ever we stay the bed must be good - Julie was very attentive and offered us a room that had a perfect bed. Nothing was any trouble. The whole place was perfect for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was tasty, home cooked and so well presented. Charlie's porridge was the best we have ever tasted. We stay in many different B & B's / hotels with our work - so we have a honest platform to say The Briarfields - is the vest best in their given field. It won't be long until we are back - thank you Julie and Charlie for making us feel very comfortable.
