The Bridge Suites Hotel

Very friendly staff from check in but especially Kate who served us breakfast every morning. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with daily room cleaning. Location was excellent and honestly cannot find fault highly recommended

The Hotel reception is great and 24hrs, The staff are kind and very helpful with directions and transport around. Hotel room is brilliant and spacious and comes with free water, then room itself is a nice spacious modern design with a balcony, the sound of the trains didn’t seem to bother us. The location is great as its easy to get into the main square and attractions and you are out of the way of restaurants that charge (tourist prices), The hotel’s restaurant is fantastic and great to eat in especially the lunch which for 2 people can cost you 35zl you can get a starter, main and desert pp. The only downside was the cleaning, the room was clean at the start but then when our stay prolonged, the floors turned our socks black, the glasses weren’t changed even and bedsheets and essentials like shower gels was not replaced which meant we ran low, The hotel is really fantastic its just the cleaning let it down after a few days, but i would highly recommend it as the rooms and locations are spectacular, the food as good and great value for money and its close to almost everything.

Great little hotel just across the bridge from downtown Krakow. Simple and cozy, with spacious, well-equipped rooms. Heads-up: some lower-floor rooms face a wall, even though they’re street-facing.
