I loved this place! My first time in Bristol and we were here just to stay the night. I am SO glad I chose this hotel. I don’t know if it’s new or well taken care of, but all the building looks and feels updated and neat. The room and everything else was very clean. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good. The staff was so sweet, kind and helpful! Kudos to Kayla at check in, Kristina in the bar and Mr. Travis in the restaurant! They are MARVELOUS and helped make our stay so pleasant! (Apologies if I misspelled your names!) And it that was not enough, I was thrilled when I saw that their shower caps in the bathroom are biodegradable and their make up remover wipes are paraben free! I cannot wait to visit Bristol again and stay a few more days, as the place is beautiful!
The Bristol Hotel is a beautiful, modern hotel in a very convenient location. The rooms are spacious, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the overall design is stylish and welcoming. There’s a nice dine-in restaurant on the main level and a rooftop bar that offers food and great views, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Unfortunately, we left the rooftop after about 15 minutes without being acknowledged by staff, which was disappointing. However, we felt very safe walking to our event venue and a nearby restaurant afterward. The area is clean, well-lit, and walkable. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return if we’re in the area again.
We had such a blast staying at the Bristol Hotel in Bristol, VA! Nestled right next to the Country Music History Museum, this spot is a hidden gem and made the perfect overnight stop on our drive from Georgia to Pennsylvania. We stayed in a corner suite with two queen beds, and it was incredible — exposed brick walls, poured concrete floors, power shades, and super comfy beds. It had that modern-meets-historic charm that’s hard to find! Kayla at the front desk was a delight — so helpful and genuinely kind. She even laughed along with us as we gushed about how much we loved everything! The marble floors, the rooftop bar with live jazz (yes, really!), and a top-notch restaurant made our stay feel extra special. If you're looking for a memorable hotel with personality, style, and a truly caring staff, the Bristol Hotel is definitely the place to stay.
