The Bristol Hotel Dubai

We recently organized an engagement event at the Bristol Hotel in Dubai and were truly impressed by the outstanding support from the entire hotel team. All the departments we dealt with — from sales and banquet to technical and security — were incredibly helpful, well-coordinated, and professional. The team was also flexible and accommodating throughout, making our job as event planners much smoother. We truly appreciate their excellent service and look forward to working with them again!

The best hotel in d locality. Very cordial staff to greet you and welcome you and make Yr stay worth every penny invested. Wid d appreciation comes grievance. In hospitality industry one should be warm n generous towards their guest. Highly disappointed wid d attitude of the lfront office manager. Needs to be more humble n approachable. I would specially like to thank Ms. Kinshuk Tiwari, Mr Fahad, Mr. Pranav , Dinesh Ankit ,Arunav and the bell boy Ali , to make my stay like feel at home I highly recommend the property.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at this hotel, largely due to the unprofessional demeanor of the reception staff, Mr. Pranav’s tone when speaking to guests was notably curt and unwelcoming, which detracted from the overall experience. The staff, in general, appeared disinterested and were not particularly helpful, often causing delays rather than offering support. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was quite slow to function, making the stay less comfortable. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to those expecting courteous service and a well-managed environment.
