The Bristol Inn Hotel

I stayed here for 5 nights, location is good but the rooms are not great I would rate 2.5 stars. Rooms look very dull, there is proper lightining. However, few staff members were really helpful which made my stay pleasant...Dinesh sharma from front office and Kamil really helped us make our stay pleasant I don't want to comment on other staff becuase they didn't bother to get our room cleaned inspite of requesting it is only when Dinesh arrived for his shift when he got it done. Never staying here again though and the rating 4 stars is not appropriate for this hotel.

I came with group of 46 person, just to get worse hotel ever in Dubai. Some rooms has cocroach, TV is not working, hygiene is poor. Really regret to bring my group to this hotel. Even the lobby hotel has no light. I don’t understand how this kind of hotel ( 4 stars ) still operating. Requesting about the breakfast time, rooms servise but slow respons and until the last day they dont fix the problem. Really poor service Will mever come back and will never recommended to anyone

it is THE WORST EXPERIENCE by far it is so bad the service is trash and my room was filled with cockroaches the bathroom is a story of its own the tub was cracked and when u step in it, it releases a yellow liquid that is just disgusting I really wish you and everyone seeing this beware of this trash hotel
