I stayed here for two nights with my parents to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday, and it was a truly memorable experience! I had booked a Falls view room, but when I checked in, the angle of the view wasn’t quite what I had hoped for. So I went back to the check-in counter, and that’s when I met Ana. She was incredibly kind and told me that our comfort and satisfaction during the stay were her priority. She personally walked me through several available rooms so I could compare and choose the one we liked best. Thanks to her, we found the perfect one! But it didn’t stop there. When Ana learned we were celebrating a special occasion, she even had a bottle of wine sent to our room. My parents and I enjoyed the wine while watching the falls light up at night. It was such a wonderful way to end our first day! :) We are all deeply grateful for Ana’s warmth and thoughtful gestures. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Also, the hotel itself has a modern, clean design with nice finishes, and the bed was super comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends.

We recently stayed at The Brock Niagara Falls Falls view by Hilton, and overall had an acceptable experience. The location is excellent I would easily give it five stars for convenience. It’s close to everything, and having a Starbucks on the ground floor was a nice bonus. Parking was spacious and easy to access. Although the hotel is clearly older, the room itself was comfortable. The bed was great, the linens were clean, and the bathroom (though small) looked recently renovated and was very tidy. We slept very well its a big plus-plus of the stay. There are, however, a few areas that need improvement. The elevator does not have a motion or safety sensor, so the doors close automatically even if someone is still standing in the doorway — which means people can easily get bumped or caught while entering or exiting. The hallway carpet is old and dirty, and some of the housekeeping carts in the corridors looked disorganized and messy. The in-room coffee maker was clogged, and not working, which was ok. Would I stay here again? Yes! primarily for the price, the comfort of the bed and room, and the convenient location. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes! It’s not overly expensive (although prices depend on the room type and season), and the accessibility, cleanliness of the room it self, and good sleep quality made our stay worthwhile. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a comfortable place close to the Falls.

Stay: 8/9/25–8/12/25 This hotel is falsely advertised as “luxury.” In reality, it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The “waterfall view” was through a tiny prison-style window, no balcony even though I was promised one. The room smelled musty, the AC was a broken wall unit that didn’t cool (maintenance had to bring fans), and lighting was basically nonexistent. The bathroom was unusable—the door wouldn’t close, the toilet had no space, water pressure was awful, and towels were old and thin. The bed was filthy, pillows flat, and carpets disgusting. The front door to our room barely opened/closed and wouldn’t lock—we had to shove a chair against it for safety. The room itself was so tiny you had to scoot around the bed. Customer service was rude, dismissive, and lied about amenities. Elevators were always crowded and slow. Only housekeeping staff tried to help, but the property is beyond repair—painted-over walls, worn everything, and a musty smell everywhere. Save yourself the money and disappointment—this is not a luxury hotel, it’s a rundown, dishonest, and uncomfortable place to stay.
