Lovely couple who have had the b&b for over 20yrs balancing family life with running a business, room was comfortable and clean, parking was good and a short walk to town centre, breakfast was good choice everyday, I would say good value for what you pay. Shower was one of the best we ever had in a B&B (we stayed in a few the past 12 months) would have like a slightly larger tv in room. We would stay here again should we visit Bridlington.
Great 2 day stay, Phil owner very entertaining, makes you feel very welcome, breakfast was wonderful, room clean definitely stay again. Would recommend
Great place to stay lovely clean rooms , delicious breakfast and very friendly hosts Phil and Kate. We took a short break to see family in Bridlington, we had never stayed at the brockton before but I can honestly say we will definitely be going back , we had a lovely stay at the brockton and we could not fault anything about it . I'm going to miss the laughing and joking with Phil and Kate the wonderful hosts.We stayed from there from 2nd to the 4th of May 2025
