The new rooms on the fourth floor of the brook are absolutely beautiful. They really did a good job These pictures are of one of the Jacuzzi suites And when you get here, make sure you see Kristen at the front desk she is spectacular to deal with and always available with recommendations or help with whatever you need. She truly is an asset and always great to deal with.

I want to start this with positive. We had a very nice night at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk girl who checked us in, Sky, was very lovely and patient. My friend’s card was being difficult so I put our room on my card. I don’t know if the power outages later on caused it but my card was charged $500 twice and again for the actual room price of $450. Luckily I have a credit limit that allows for those holds to be on it but that was not what was agreed upon and I don’t love that happened. This should not be an occurrence and if I had been pressed could have had negative repercussions.

No refrigerators in the rooms. Thermostat setting could not be managed by us, so even if we wanted to set it at 70 degrees, it would return to 80 degrees.
