The resort is beautifully nestled in nature, with clean and elegant rooms, delicious food, and a spa that’s truly world-class.

I really enjoyed my stay at Brook Resorts! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a quiet getaway. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the beautiful surroundings and the calm vibe of the whole place. Would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back!

I recently stayed at The Brooks Resort, unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory. While the location is beautiful, the service completely let us down. Room is good, minus point is if you are going for "Premium Wooden Villa" category with your family having senior citizens then you have to climb stairs which the resort staff won't inform you before or no photos would show that. They show only room photos. Basic food orders took a very long time to be addressed. Food service was poorly managed, with delays. Moreover outside food is also not allowed. For a resort in such a scenic location, I expected much better hospitality. The management needs to seriously improve kitchen staff, hire more chefs and guest care. Unless there are clear improvements, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
