The Broome

I recently attended a fashion pop-up shop at The Broome Hotel New York, and it was a fantastic experience. The views were absolutely amazing, offering a picturesque backdrop that really added to the event. While the wine was priced at $17 and there was no happy hour, the networking opportunities were excellent and made the evening worthwhile. The open roof and elegant ambiance gave the space a French-inspired charm. Overall, it was a memorable event in a beautifully styled venue. Highly recommend!

Checked in at 9PM and was amused by the aesthetic decor of the hotel. We struggled to locate the front desk agent and await for 15 mins while pressed “ the ring bell” various times per message instruction at front desk. Finally we checked-in by ourselves through addressing one of the room cards displayed at on shelves behind front desk. After checking in and settled down, we received various phone calls summoning us to the front desk to officially register as guests. It was an inconvenience but these things happen, because of this experience we feel that the customer service could improve on attentiveness. Other than this mishap, the front desk and rest of staff are friendly and caring. The room is spacious with many amenities. I appreciate the bathrobes, toothbrush kit, makeup remover and cotton pads. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The mattress was comfortable and the sheets are cooling. The noise level was well handled, definitely a good place to rest after a long day. Breakfast was delicious! Good coffee and food with a variety of choices. Nice ambiance in the inner courtyard where dining took place, nice music and decors.

They are renovating and nothing is like in the pictures (lobby patio is closed, no plants, a total mess, workers shouting). We woke up at 8 with hammers noise. Also water in the showers barely works, a/c is broken. Dont go there! They said they will refund the rest of the nights. We moved but now they are not answering.
