This hotel is awesome! Very rich in history with a huge focus on customer service. We were here Thursday-Sunday and the staff was absolutely amazing. The only issue we had was our fire alarm battery died during the day on Saturday and they were very quick with maintenance to get it fixed. Then the new battery died or the alarm was messed up and the front desk workers Destiny and Tanya were amazing at 1:15AM to help solve the issue. The rooms are nice and cozy. Beds are good and the bathroom is amazing. I travel a lot for work and come to Louisville 5-6 times a year and they have earned a customer for life!
Great spot! Rooms are clean and nice. Of course my favorite was the bar! Large selection with great mixologists and personal touches. Men will love this spot if you enjoy top shelf drinks and perfection.
I travel and was booked here for a work trip. While my room had a very noticeable musky odor, my colleagues rooms seemed better. But the rooms were charming as it is an historic hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and dining was magnificent. Drinks were spectacular as well. I would return, but I would be more bold and suggest a different room if I ran into the same issue. Gorgeous rooftop garden views and glorious sunsets.
