The Brudenell Hotel

Fabulous hotel. Right on the beach. We opted for a sea view which was worth paying the extra for. Room was spotless. We dined in the restaurant and the food was fab with excellent service. All staff very friendly, professional and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay. We had a family room overlooking the marshes and estuary. Great view, excellent food, terrace restaurant on the beach, handy for the town, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable, well furnished room. A great experience. The restaurant is very good value for quality food especially seafood and the beach terrace location on a warm summer's day felt a bit Mediterranean.

unfortunately what started as good experience did change, sea view room booked and small window as seen in 1st image, toilet not working, was upgraded later that night to 2nd room where view and window did do justice to the beautiful view. Dinner service was excellent staff were attentive and pleasant all night and dinner was lovely despite burnt broccoli. Do Not have Breakfast here, took over hour from being seated to actually getting breakfast, when finally come scrambled eggs not cooked, salmon was not fresh and still no refund dispute being told we would. The hotel has so much potential but unfortunately your morning team let you down, the evening team deserve all credit. Not sure if I would come back here as it stands and being fobbed off about refunds.
