What a pleasant surprise! The place is beautiful! The rooms are very comfortable and there are some special amenities for the guests. One of the best places I've stayed! Highly recommend it! Not to mention the pub with some great drinks and beer options.
Good value spacious room near to loads of restaurants, bricklane, train station, etc. A bit noisy at night, but you are in the middle of the city. They provide decent complimentary biscuits/crisps, and tea/coffee station in the room.
This is a nice pub down an alley close to Liverpool Street station. They had four cask beers and 20+ whiskies. I choose a double Bullitt bourbon at £11, about what I would expect for the area. The interior is not huge and there is no exterior seating. I was here at 4pm on a very hot day and it was busy, however the service was excellent. Most of the patrons were office workers giving it more of a local feel. This is also a hotel and they do serve food. In summary a nice pub in which to have a few drinks.
