The Bull At Great Totham Limited

Beautiful and quirky place to stay. Felt very welcome from the moment we got there to the time that we left. Really well situated for exploring Maldon or pub crawl as we did 😂. One thing you can't top is the breakfast. Well it's an experience and a half. Feel like you have walked into upstairs of Downton Abbey. Food was excellent with massive amount of choice. With china place setting and bowls for this and that it was truly amazing.

Lovely host, comfortable room and great location. We also enjoyed a delicious and pleasantly sociable breakfast at the communal dining table (great chatting with Dutch guests) and Liz was kind enough to provide off road parking within her garden, which is a real bonus in the centre of Maldon. So pleased that we opted for the Bell Guest House and will definitely return :)

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Bell last night while visiting friends for the evening. The whole place had a very warm and homely feel. Our room was very welcoming and had all the comforts one could ask for. Bedding very clean and very soft to sleep in. Liz was very welcoming and attentive and the breakfast was out of this world. A great spread on the table in addition to the hot breakfast. Catered to my girlfriends Vegan requirements with little notice. Nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Maldon!
