Stayed in a twin at this hotel. Very big and spacious hotel with modern amenities. Only complaint was when we asked to turn on the air conditioning, the receptionist said it wont be turned on during the winter because it’s central air and they would have to allow it for everyone else. So it got pretty uncomfortable and hard to sleep with the windows open while cars are driving by.
Our experience was quite shocking. The staff was rude and worst place I've stayed in Asia for any level of assistance and breakfast was a joke! The hotel is very outdated and poorly maintained. The room is very below average. They do not replace your sheets and towels unless you make a request in writing. The showers are leaking into the bathroom and make the entire floor of the bathroom slippery and dangerous to walk on.
We booked a stay at this hotel from Dec 19th to Dec 31st. So far I have nothing good to say about this hotel. Horrible service and absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. While I am staying here, we had to go down at leaat 3 times to get a new key card because they never work for us to enter our room, our electricity went out twice. TWICE. The room was pitch dark. We had to get the technician to come repair it. When i talked to the front desk, their excuse is that the hotel is old. When i told them about how the customers way better in USA, he rudely said "well, this china, not America." Everytime we go down to the front desk for any issue at night around 11pm there is no one at the front desk you have to scream for someone to come out from the back, and this front desk worker had the audacity to come out in his tank top pajamas half awake land ask "what?". The workers are beyond rude and do not seem to care about their job. Before I forget the housekeeping service is horrible. They don't even vacuum the carpet in our room, they barely make the beds neatly. Honestly this was a horrible experience and I definitely will never return back to this hotel. It's nothing more than a tourist trap for foreigners.
