Our favorite hotel stay yet on our honeymoon! Pool is kept at a lovely cool/warm temperature so you never get cold in it. The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable. Very clean room. Didn't try the restaurant but it looked good. For someone scared of elevators, their pretty glass wall one wasn't scary at all. Staff went above and beyond trying to help us out when our car broke down in the parking lot. Decent area, felt fairly comfortable being outside at night. A bit pricy, but worth it.
We stayed here over the weekend with our family of 5. The customer service is amazing! I am from LR and I have struggled finding a hotel that offers good customer service and a nice family suite. We will stay again soon! We loved it! I loved all three of the front desk employees.
It’s 9:30 on a Friday night and the bar is so loud you can hear people laughing in the room it’s like my son is trying to sleep in a bar. We were hoping for a good nights sleep at the hotel. Not a good choice if you want a quiet place to sleep. Also, there was no parking when we got here. Would not recommend.
