We had a perfect stay for our honey moon! Couldn’t have wished for more ♥️🙏 Thanks to the fantastic staff! The room is big and spacious, breakfast is really nice (especially the on the spot made omelette), the view is breathtaking and there are many activities options!

Liked · Luxury resort with a great beach and beautiful views combined with many (many!) eating options. The hotel is remote enough that during off-peak it can be a wonderful escape from the busy tourist areas while still getting to enjoy the island through the many activities offered within the resort. Disliked · This is a very 'Japanese' resort and can feel quite rigid to compared to western culture. Being 'told off' for wearing the pajamas provided in our room to go and buy a drink (not in a bar or the restaurants, literally to quickly buy a bottle of water within the resort itself at night) was surprising and unnecessary. There is also a small army of staff on hand at all times which begins to get annoying as you enter and leave the resort each day and have literally 6+ people all greeting you and bowing etc etc. The beach was private and had a decent amount of accessible coral within it. The beach itself was sandy and beautiful and you can see sunset from this beach. The water and waves are very gentle and it is great to swim in. The area within which you can swim was very small considering the length of the beach as a whole. this is very frustrating and with the army fo staff they have, assigning more life guards and expanding the swimming area seems like a sensible thing to do. Overall - If you plan to stay here, I would recommend a shorter stay

Very mixed feelings about this place. The good - the rooms were great, the ocean view for sunsets is definitely worth it - the car valet staff were very friendly and quick -cocktail bar was nice with live music The bad - most of the restaurants either weren’t open, impossible to get a reservation in, or didn’t allow babys/children. We had to go off resort for all our meals which was good to see local culture but still would have been nice to have the option. For a family resort, why no kids allowed? - huge lineups for breakfast buffet, the Japanese breakfast was quicker and easier so we opted for that everyday, but for a resort that size it was a shame to see such huge lineups - only one pool open, the lifeguards literally Harassed us about our tattoos…. Really disappointing. Made my wife get out of the pool while holding our baby. Yes I understand if I’m going to a fancier Japanese onsen bath house why tattoos have to be covered, but at a family beach resort?! Not a fan of wearing a full length shirt in 35 degree weather in a hot pool… they should change their policy. - prices were very very high considering everything mentioned
