had the pleasure of staying with 41 of my coach party for 4 nights. staff was absolutely amazing nothing to much trouble. from the manager down they all work as a team. rooms are clean and comfortable food is excellent. only a small drive from ferry terminal and town centre. can’t recommend this hotel highly enough
Staying in Stornoway, cannot think of a better place. Comfortable accomodation with ensuite, good bar (try the Hearach single malt whiskey from nearby Tarbert). Excellent service and food. Cannot recommend highly enough. There were 15 of us and things went off like a dream.
Rooms well situated, although highly wooly as headboard, carpet, curtains and chairs are all upholstered in Harris Tweed. Looks great but not so good for a wool allergy. Fortunately we were moved to a non-renovated room without the wool. Room was more basic but still comfortable. Restaurant produced high-quality food during all of our visits. Very convenient, walking distance to Castle, harbor, and shops.
