It was a pleasant stay overall. The staff was friendly, and the food was quite good. The rooms were spacious, and I really liked the overall ambience of the place. However, one aspect that disappointed me was the housekeeping service. Although the staff was polite, they were not very prompt. I had to call them 4–5 times before receiving assistance. Moreover, the ACs' temperature could not be controlled. I hope the hotel works on improving this in the future.
