I arrived at the Cadogan with incredibly high expectations; and it still managed to surpass them. What a wonderful hotel. The rooms are immaculately designed, with some of the most beautiful and well-balanced interiors I have ever experienced. The lobby, too, shows exceptional attention to detail, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The staff were outstanding - warm, thoughtful, and consistently going above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom in my room deserves special mention: more than functional, it felt like an artistic masterpiece with its marble and mosaic designs. Breakfast featured a gorgeous selection of berries and fruit, and I would gladly return for the risotto alone... perfect for lunch or dinner. A truly memorable stay. Highly recommended. I will be back soon.
I recently stayed at The Cadogan, a Belmond Hotel in London, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—nothing ever felt too much trouble, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful—elegant and stylish, but also really cosy and inviting. My room was spotless, well-designed, and full of thoughtful little touches that made it feel extra special. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close to great shops, restaurants, and places to explore. What really stood out to me was the warm, personal service. It didn’t feel like just another hotel stay—it felt like I was being looked after. I’d absolutely come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, luxurious spot in the heart of London.
Review is for the afternoon tea. Came as a family of four, kids menu was available. The service and the food were fantastic. The best tea I’ve had in London.
