Such an elegant hotel! The rooms are neat, chic, and impeccably clean and tidy. From the moment you enter the lobby or your room, you’re greeted by a wonderful scent. The staff are elegant, polite, incredibly helpful, and welcoming. It’s located in my favorite part of London, where I always feel like I’m in a classic British movie. 🤍Special thanks to Mr. Yuri and Mr. Ibrahim for their hospitality and kindness ✨
Great hotel in a great location! The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the finishings were high end and of good quality. The staff was very friendly and attentive and quick to bring us anything we needed. Housekeeping also refreshed water, coffee, tea, and biscuits every night. Our room was in the ground floor and it was super quiet, even at night. It’s located in a somewhat residential area, which is very nice if you’re looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of touristy areas. That said, it’s a stones throw from Hyde Park, within walking distance from several tube stations, and close to Notting Hill. There is also a great coffee shop down the street, great for a morning coffee and pastry, and walking distance from multiple restaurants.
My daughter and I stayed at this hotel from July 25-30, 2025. Our initial experience was wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind and hospitable. We ate breakfast in the hotel each morning and the food was great and the service was excellent. However, on the morning of July 28th, My daughter and I went down for breakfast for approximately 45 minutes. When I came back to the room it had been cleaned and our beds had been made. I realized that I had left my wallet on the desk area of our room during that time. This was the ONLY time during our trip that I was not in physical custody of my wallet. Later in the day I noticed that a $100 bill was gone from my wallet. I had a few $20 bills remaining but the $100 bill was missing. I discreetly met with the night manager on that evening and let her know of the situation. She was respectful and kind. She told me that she was making a report and that I should check in with the manager on duty the next morning. Which I did. When I met with the day manager on duty on the morning of July 29, I was met with disrespect and disregard. She told me that it was my fault for not putting my wallet in the safe when I went down for breakfast. I suggested that she give us a $100 credit on our bill as an act of hospitality due to the theft. She declined and stated she did not believe the theft happened and that I should look through my belongings because I had simply misplaced the money. I am 100% certain of when the theft occurred. Losing $100 is not a substantial loss to me but the feeling of violation from someone going through my personal belongings is quite disturbing. When we parted, I let her know that respectfully, I did not believe she was handling the situation correctly. She responded that I should have put my wallet in the safe before I went down for breakfast. Because of how this manager treated me in this moment, I cannot give this hotel a good review. And we will not be back to stay there in the future.
