The Caesar Roma

Nice clean hotel. The staff here are incredible. Very friendly and happy to help. I'm with a group and had to change our plans last minute requiring breakfast boxes due to an earlier departure. They were happy to get this sorted for us very promptly!

Overnight stay plus Breakfast. Breakfast and service were so good I had to write this immediate (we are staying one more day). Nice selection of breads, jams, fruits and meats. Despite the language barrier the staff were great. With courteous cheerful demeanour they managed to help us out

This hotel was sub par. There is no water, coffee or tea in the rooms. There is also no ice. The fridge didn’t work. This is the only hotel I’ve ever visited that didn’t have an iron. The shower was very small and the door did not close. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The breakfast was poor. There wasn’t enough seats or cutlery so we had to wait or just give up on sitting down or getting anything to eat. The cleaning staff entered the room even though a do not enter sign was left on the door. Be prepared to also wait for the elevators.The small bar area is nice. The bar was the only place to get cold water besides the restaurant. The food from the restaurant was decent. There was no delivery to the location as it is not close to the center of Rome. This hotel has the potential to be very nice, hopefully they take notes from these reviews.
