The Canyon Suites at The Phoenician Luxury Collection

I recently stayed at The Canyon Suites and I can't recommend it enough. First off, Roger at the front desk was amazing—he was so friendly and professional and really made me feel welcome. The hotel itself is immaculate, and my one-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable. It even had beautiful Frette Italian linens and a big marble bath, which was a nice touch. I also have to mention breakfast. The complimentary artisan breakfast in the Canyon Lounge was delicious, with a huge variety of options every morning. It was definitely a highlight of my stay! I loved the fact that The Canyon Suites has its own private pool. It's a perfect 'resort within a resort' and I'll definitely be back.

My girlfriends and I had an unforgettable weekend at The Canyon Suites at The Phoenician. From start to finish, the service was truly exceptional—thanks to Max, a concierge manager. Max went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. He helped us seamlessly switch one of our rooms, organized s’mores by the fire pit, and even arranged transportation for one of our dinners. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for guest experience made a lasting impression—you can tell he truly loves what he does. Beyond the incredible service, the property was beautiful. We started each morning with a delicious breakfast buffet, spent our afternoons relaxing by the peaceful private pool (with a refreshingly healthy menu), and treated ourselves to outstanding spa services. We left feeling completely recharged and already talking about our next visit. Highly recommend for a luxurious, relaxing escape - as long as you ask for Max to help make sure your stay is amazing!
