The Capital Empire was our home for a week while we study teams attended training and we hosted a meeting. The staff saw to our every need. Great food from The Veranda as well as the tea time snacks. Will definitely use this hotel again! Speak to Jodie for your conference needs.
It’s not giving a 4 star hotel. Location is ok. Close proximity to Nelson Mandela square. Staff were friendly except at the restaurant area. Breakfast is good but we’re not kept clean - spillage of food at the buffet table and flies on the scones. Staff didn’t ask you for drinks. Had to call their attention to get coffee. Expected better.
We used the conference rooms for a new launch training. It was easily accessible, clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money.
