I had a great time here, as evidenced by the photos I took. Great view penthouse, very comfortable bed and pillows, safe area to stay, close to the supermarket and Sandton Mall. I would highly recommend it to others.
Never in my life will I stay at this apartment ever again. Apartment 212 Check in was a total disaster. The security is so rude and of no help at all. The one guy literally hung over the back of a chair like he was paid to do so. I had to send through ID copies to the owner before check in so that the security can put us on the system. I sent those copies 2 hours before we arrived. On arrival, no copies were sent to security. I phoned the owner who told me he did not see my whatsapp and promised me that he will send it immediately. I waited another 15 minutes and phoned the owner again. This time he told me I am wasting time talking to him on the phone and this causes him to not be able to send it through. After that call we waited again. After another 20 minutes and the most rudest security you will ever meet, the IDs came, and we were able to check in. So this means I have been standing and waiting for almost 40 minutes. Finally, the apartment. There is place to sleep 4, but only 3 of everything was available. Half of the lights in the place does not work, making it so dark you can barely see yourself in the mirrors. There were no extra blankets in the closets, and we were there during the winter. The aircon in the room did not work. The heaters provided did not work. The bedside lamp in the one room did not work. The tv channels did not work and I had to use my own MiTV stick to watch tv. Luckily I brought it with me. The one window in the living room was completely damaged. The tie backs for the curtains falls out of the wall when you close the curtains and touches it. The place was not very clean or up to modern standards for a Sandton apartment. We were too afraid to use the facilities to make food that we had to order take out. There was also a DeliveryX menu on the fridge from 2018. This place is a disaster and they will definitely not see me ever again!!!
Terrible!!!! From checking in to the entire stay, terrible. It took us about 1 hour just to check in, wasted time! Comfort Apartments is very far from comfort. Biometrics were not working and the system was offline as i was told by the people working that day. Cleanliness is not there at all. Dirty bedding, dirty dishes and utensils not washed properly upon arrival! Bath was dirty as well and some things were broken like the toilet paper holder and door of the bathroom! Outside chairs are filthy and the Indian lady at reception is very unhelpful, and rude. The shower door doesn't close properly causing the whole bathroom to get wet around the shower, i reported this to reception and they did less than nothing. They inform u to contact the agent and then the agent NEVER responds! 😂 how convenient for your business to avoid the requests of ur guests. I also asked if i can have another room due to the poor quality of this one and still no response from this mysterious “agent”. And if u enjoy “the finer things in life” like hand towels and free amenities like coffee this is not the place for you 😂. It states the pool is open full time and again disappointment as this was not the case. And if u did want to use the pool area you need to find a security guard to “allow” you outside? 😂. I will confidently give this place a bad review here on google and anywhere else i can. I never wasted money like i have here at this place. Appalling. This place is only interested in money and not hospitality! And if they dare reply to my comment with a bullshit message of “ we are sorry to hear about that…” rubbish man, i would want a full refund because this place has no ethics or professionalism!! I do not care which person or company hosted me. This place is unorganised because of this!! Stick to quality procedures instead of being hungry for money. You will allow anyone to partner with u or be a host at your facility. What kind of business are u running? Sies.
