The Capital Pearls Hotel

I absolutely loved the service we received from start to finish. The service was definitely the highlight of my trip and I appreciate how they take everyone seriously offering service with kindness and smiles . Would I recommend this hotel to anyone ABSOLUTELY!! The only downside was the wifi.

We stayed at this hotel from April 1st to April 7th, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Traveling with kids can be challenging, but this place made everything so easy. The accommodation felt like a real home — spacious, fully equipped with everything you’d need, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, just across from Oceans Mall, which made shopping and dining super convenient. Everything about this hotel is top-notch. Highly recommended for families! Worth a mention they have the best cocktails

I really enjoyed my stay at The Capital Pearls – the location is fantastic and within walking distance of everything, which made getting around super convenient. However, I was disappointed by the fact that some of the cleaning staff went through my personal belongings. While I completely understand and agree with management that valuables should be stored in the safe, the safe isn’t large enough to fit all your bags. At a four-star hotel, you don’t expect staff to open your luggage and search through it. This left a sour taste in an otherwise great experience. I truly hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves in this regard.
