The Capitana Key West

This place was Spectacular and wish we would have been able to stay longer. Seems like a newer hotel and rooms were so spacious. Included a continental breakfast which was a nice touch. The pool looked very relaxing with the fountains and lights at night. Very nice location.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed over the weekend and had a great time. The rooms were immaculate. We loved waking up each morning to the beautiful view of the pool and ocean. We were just 10 minutes from downtown key west. We enjoyed visiting the busy part of the island but going back to the quiet hotel. We loved ending our day in the pool. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks for a great stay.

We liked this hotel. It was nice, clean, and the breakfast was incredible. Honestly it was the best hotel breakfast I've ever seen and my kids filled their bellies each morning. I liked the free water bottles at every turn too - that was helpful considering the outdoor heat. Staff were great from the little interaction we had. We did wish the beds had more blankets available or something heavier as an option - it was a very thin duvet and our kids were cold. I gave 4 stars because of the fake beach with no ocean access. We had hoped for waterfront where we could swim but that is not an option. The pool was nice and is open until 11pm. You have to drive to all the touristy things in Key West (about an 8 min drive). I think for the price we would have preferred to be closer to "all the things" and have ocean access.
