The Capra Saas Fee

The Capra is one of those rare hotels where you instantly feel at home. We visited in March and from the moment we arrived, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. They were so kind and thoughtful and even remembered all of our names throughout the stay, which made the experience feel especially personal. The attention to detail is truly exceptional. From the beautifully designed rooms to the small, thoughtful touches throughout the hotel that make your stay feel effortless and luxurious. Every element is clearly curated with care and intention. It was only steps away from the slopes, with a private ski concierge that makes getting on the mountain effortless. After a day on the snow, the spa was absolute heaven. The pools and saunas were the perfect way to unwind and reset. What stood out most was the balance between five star service and a deeply personal, cozy atmosphere. It never felt impersonal, just relaxed, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. We left feeling recharged, grateful, and already planning our return for the rest of our friends and family.

The staff is amazing, covered anything we could wish before we even understood it. The hotel is small and intimate, quiet, beautifully decorated. Kids enjoyed the games room. Kitchen is excellent. All in all - 5 stars experience.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet town. This was our favorite location out of our stay. The hotel is perfectly located and the staff was beyond friendly. We came during the quieter time of the year so there weren't many guests. We felt like we had the hotel all to ourselves. The food was amazing breakfast and dinner. Would highly recommend.
