We just had the top room for one night. It was up two flights of stairs, but when you got up there, it was a 360° view with a soaking tub surrounded by glass windows. You can sit in the comfort of your own bed and look at the views. What an amazing room the best room I’ve ever stayed in hands-down this is spectacular place to stay for an anniversary or for a special night.
It was a great experience for me and my family. We celebrated our daughters 9th birthday here. The view was awesome, the room was amazing. It was a nice memory. Thank you for the service. God bless!
Things we loved: the view! The view from the family cabana was fabulous. Using the hot tub and shower outside with a view of the volcano was amazing. Beds were very soft. Breakfast was delicious and coffee service was amazing. Things we did not like: no sign outside of hotel, hard to find. Stray dogs near entrance of hotel were bothering our kids and tried to eat our food. Owner of hotel was sleeping near the checkin desk, very strange. Cabana did not seem to be cleaned before we arrived. Bugs in bathroom, on floors, in hot tub, large beetle in toilet. We had to clean out the hot tub to use it. Hot tub was not very hot. No phone in room. If the owner kept up with maintenance and cleaning, this hotel would be pristine and amazing. It was run down and dirty.
