The Carmen Hotel

I'm glad I picked The Isabelle as my home for two days during the election period. It being right smack in the center of the city helps as establishments are all walking-distance. Grab food riders aren't always available round the clock so having the option to walk to restaurants is a good alternative. They serve good food especially during breakfast and all its current staff are all courteous and helpful. Will book here again for future visits.

The hotel is just inside the city. The staff are friendly and the hotel itself and its amenities are great! We went back here a second time to enjoy the pool and the gym. There's enough parking.

This message is for other guests and consumers who are considering booking this hotel. During the typhoon, I rented this hotel for my family to provide solid shelter. They debited my card, and when I arrived, they told there was a malfunction in the internet and there were no rooms available. We agreed that they would refund me, but it has been two months and they have yet to do so. Their staff ignores messages and stalls me by repeatedly asking for the same information. This is the worst experience I have ever had; save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. This place is a SCAM!!
