Had 2 rooms - one double, one twin. The window wouldn't shut on the twin room but reception were very fast to change our room and make sure we had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and very fast to rectify issues along with breakfast which was very good, better than we expected. The spa was also amazing! We had a free session each in the spa, we did a head massage, seaweed bath and back/shoulder/neck massage, all of which were excellent and I now want massages more often! 10/10
Hotel is a bit secluded, would need to have transport to nearest village. Food was nice and staff were friendly. Rooms were basic but clean. Very nice leisure area with large pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Also has a good sized gym. Suitable if you are looking for a very quiet break away.
Staff are lovely . Lady at check in was fabulous . Great to see local staff at a local hotel. Even when there was a busy debs on, they done well to keep everyone happy:) A little pet / annoyance : They need to learn to pull a proper pint of Guinness and also any pint that is.. all not pulled or served properly. Plus I would suggest in purchasing a new dishwasher .. Rooms and decor are missing a little warmth / colour.
