A wonderful hotel for those seeking peace and a great atmosphere. The food is good, though it could benefit from a slightly wider variety of dishes. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful.
It was my first time booking this hotel, and it was an excellent experience overall. The sea view was absolutely beautiful though slightly affected by nearby construction, it was still nice. We booked a half-board package, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets were great. The food was amazing, with plenty of variety. While the breakfast was a bit repetitive, it still had everything you could need and more. The true highlight of the stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. I had to cancel my original booking just 24 hours before check-in due to illness, but the team was so understanding they held my reservation and allowed me to rebook two weeks later. They were also very patient while helping me choose a room with the view I wanted. The hotel has a private beach accessible by a shuttle bus, which was always readily available👌super convenient and never an issue. Everything on the property felt accessible and easy. And I can’t end this review without mentioning the spa, especially the thalasso treatment🙏🏻it was truly a highlight! If you're heading to this hotel or Soma Bay in general, make sure to treat yourself to a visit. Highly recommended!
Very disappointing stay. The hotel is extremely disorganized – the room locations are confusing and far from everything. You have to walk a lot just to get to the reception, restaurant, or pool. Lunch was terrible: no open buffet, just a fixed set menu with almost no variety. Not what you’d expect from a 5-star resort. Staff were unhelpful and gave wrong directions several times – clearly not trained or informed. Worst of all, after I checked out, I politely asked for a bottle of water before leaving on a hot day – and they refused, saying I was no longer a guest. That level of inhospitality says it all. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
